As part of our social responsibility initiatives, The Academy of Real Assets had arranged with the Charter School in North Dulwich for one of their students, Fathia Akintoyese, who was interested in pursuing a career in the property industry to have a one week work experience with Waypoint last week.

Fathia had the opportunity to visit a couple of properties, learn about the different aspects of working in the real estate sector, including office management, marketing, accounting, asset management, sustainability and operations. Through participating in meetings, one-to-one tutorials and undertaking tasks, Fathia showed her enthusiasm and high level of engagement which we hope will inspire her to continue her exploration of the real estate sector.

The Academy of Real Assets is an organisation which provides the tools needed for young people to pursue a career in the real estate industry. They collaborate with schools to provide work experience and hold essay competitions in order to showcase young talent.
