Waypoint manages and advises on a number of UK shopping centres on behalf of various private equity investors, institutional investors and lenders.
It is appointed asset manager to New Frontier Properties Ltd, a company listed on the Stock Exchange of Mauritius and Alternative Exchange of the Johannesburg Stock Exchange. Between April and September 2015, New Frontier acquired three UK assets: Burton, Middlesbrough and Blackpool shopping centres for a combined £281 million.
