Waypoint Government Income Fund – Waypoint is appointed Investment Advisor* to the Waypoint Government Income Fund which targets the acquisition of real estate assets backed by long-dated government income.  The fund invests in properties occupied by central and local government, government agencies and other government backed covenants.  The fund comprises investment from UK institutional investors and is established as a Jersey Property Unit Trust with a hard cap of £750 million.

Emerald Ground Rent Fund – Waypoint is Operating Partner to The Freehold Corporation which was established in 2013 to invest in ground rent transactions in the residential and commercial property sectors.  Waypoint is responsible for sourcing ground rents with RPI-linked rent reviews and providing underwriting advice for the client’s investment committee.

Local Retail Fund – Waypoint is appointed asset manager for the Local Retail Fund which invests in convenience and neighbourhood retail assets throughout the UK. These properties are typically anchored by a convenience store such as Tesco Express, Sainsbury’s Local or Co-op with adjacent units let to national multiples and local convenience retailers.

Waypoint Essential Stores LP – Waypoint is appointed Investment Advisor* to the Waypoint Essential Stores LP which has been set up to acquire retail parks, clusters and solus units let to essential retailers.  The fund comprises investment from UK and overseas institutional investors and with a hard cap of £300 million.
