• Waypoint Debt Advisory is a team of 8 people and offers Lenders a variety of core services enabling them to manage their real estate lending exposure in real time with real information. It also assists Investor/Borrower clients on raising debt, mezzanine and/or pref equity
• WDA was set up by Mike Riley, Nick Gregory and James Bannister to bring together these core services. Collectively they have over 80 years of experience in the Real Estate Asset Management and Lending environment
