Agie is responsible for ensuring that Waypoint’s support functions meet the ongoing operational needs of the business, as well as longer-term strategies and goals. Agie assists in fulfilling the company’s legal obligations including compliance, ESG and business administration.
Chief Operations Officer
Bill is Waypoint’s Chief Operating Officer, responsible for its internal business operations, governance and corporate administration. He has 30 years’ experience in senior executive positions within the property sector. Bill is a member of the boards of Waypoint and Waypoint Investment Management Limited.*
Chris is responsible for transaction and asset management across the Waypoint Group. He sits on the Waypoint Board and is also responsible for client reporting and all aspects of asset management and operational property performance.
Director - Waypoint Investment Management
Chris leads Waypoint’s alternative markets business focusing on investments in sectors including student accommodation, private rented sector residential (PRS), long dated government income and ground rents. Chris is a director of Waypoint Investment Management Limited*.
Chris is responsible for the day-to-day running of the asset management and acquisition process for the Waypoint Government Income Fund and the Waypoint Essential Stores LP.
Chris also contributes to value-adding activities elsewhere in the Waypoint group including the Debt Advisory and Residential businesses.
Claire provides input and support to senior executives in areas such as internal systems, research and business development.
Emma is responsible for the efficient functioning of the London office, involving a range of administration systems, and ensuring the smooth running of the office on a day-to-day basis.
Hayley is responsible for asset management activities on behalf of Waypoint’s shopping centres and the Local Retail Fund. Hayley is also responsible for undertaking the due diligence and execution of acquisition and disposal transactions for the Local Retail Fund.
Hayley also contributes to other parts of the wider Waypoint business.
Together with other colleagues, Jonny is responsible for the effective asset management of the Local Retail Fund, with a focus on identification and delivery of value-adding initiatives for the fund. He is also highly involved in the acquisitions and disposals process.

Kirstyn has overall responsibility for the Local Retail Fund. Her role includes implementing the fund investment strategy, investor reporting, portfolio analysis and developing the ESG strategy. She also oversees all acquisition, disposal and asset management activities.
Kirstyn is also involved in formulating and implementing ESG strategy across the Waypoint business.
Accounts and Systems Manager
Melanie is responsible for the daily running of accounts and management of financial aspects of relationships with external managing agents, together with client financial reporting.
Joint Managing Director for UK and Europe
Mike is responsible for business strategy focusing on new business initiatives for the Waypoint group. He specialises in financial structuring, capital raising and debt origination. Mike is a member of the UK and European investment committees. Mike is a director of Waypoint Investment Management Ltd*.
Joint Managing Director for UK and Europe
Nick is responsible for real estate investments across the Waypoint Group. He chairs the UK and European investment committees and is also responsible for portfolio performance, client reporting and asset management strategy. Nick has overall responsibility for ESG matters. Nick is a director of Waypoint Investment Management Ltd*.
Patrick is the Waypoint Group Finance Director with responsibility for all accounting and tax matters. He is a Chartered Accountant with more than 25 years’ experience in the property sector in both public and private businesses. Patrick sits on the Waypoint Board and is a director of Waypoint Investment Management Limited*.
Director - Asset Management
Steven is responsible and involved in the acquisition, asset management and disposal of Waypoint’s shopping centre assets as well as the onboarding of number of underperforming schemes that require asset management improvements and initiatives. He is involved in various specific projects on the Local Retail Fund alongside Jonny and Hayley.
Steve also contributes to adding value to other parts of the wider Waypoint business.
Tatiana is responsible for financial modelling, data aggregation, interpretation and analysis across Waypoint portfolios. She supports business development and operations teams, including modelling for prospective property and fund acquisitions.
