Sustainability & Operations Manager
Agie is responsible for ensuring that Waypoint’s support functions meet the ongoing operational needs of the business, as well as longer-term strategies and goals. Agie assists in fulfilling the company’s legal obligations including, sustainability, compliance, and business administration. She is a member of Waypoint’s Sustainability Committee.
Chairman – Waypoint Residential Management
Andrew chairs the Waypoint Residential team focusing on offering services across the entire residential development spectrum. Key areas are Energy Transition, Development & Investment and Distressed Debt Advisory. He oversees the partnership with Seddon, one of the UK’s largest family owned building contractors, which provides integrated construction and delivery experience with institutional grade asset management and advice.
Chief Operations Officer
Bill is Waypoint’s Chief Operating Officer, responsible for its internal business operations, governance and corporate administration. He has 30 years’ experience in senior executive positions within the property sector. Bill is a member of the boards of Waypoint and Waypoint Investment Management Limited* and a member of Waypoint’s Sustainability Committee.
Director –Asset Management & Sustainability
Chris is responsible for transaction and asset management across the Waypoint Group and also plays a lead role in the development and implementation of the company’s Sustainability strategy. He sits on the Waypoint Board and is also responsible for client reporting and all aspects of asset management and operational property performance. He is also a member of Waypoint’s Sustainability Committee.
Director - Waypoint Investment Management
Chris leads Waypoint’s alternative markets and funds business, focusing on long income investments in the governmental and related sectors, including student accommodation, healthcare and housing. Chris is a director of Waypoint Investment Management Limited* and a member of its Investment Committee.
Chris is responsible for the day-to-day asset management and acquisitions for the Waypoint Government Income Fund, Waypoint Long Income Fund, and Waypoint Essential Stores LP. Chris also works closely with external managing agents to implement green initiatives and value-add opportunities.
Emma is responsible for the efficient functioning of the London office, involving a range of administration systems, and ensuring the smooth running of the office on a day-to-day basis. Emma is also involved in marketing of the business including updating the company social media profile and website.
Jonny is responsible for asset management of the Local Retail Fund, focusing on identifying and delivering of value-add initiatives and implementing the sustainability strategy. He is also involved in the acquisitions and disposals process.
Kirstyn has overall responsibility for the Local Retail Fund. Her role includes implementing the fund investment strategy, investor reporting, portfolio analysis and developing the Sustainability strategy. She also oversees all acquisition, disposal and asset management activities.
Kirstyn is also involved in formulating and implementing Sustainability strategy across the Waypoint business and a member of its Sustainability Committee
Mark is responsible for real estate research and updates the business with “need to know” economic and market data on a weekly basis. He supports all areas of the business with written research and analysis and sources relevant data and commentary as required. He often acts as a sounding board in reviewing potential new areas of business.
Development Director – Waypoint Residential Management
Mark is responsible for sourcing opportunities and managing a wide range of clients within the residential real estate market. Alongside his colleagues, Mark is involved in the full acquisition process from site identification to the overall viability process. Mark is also involved in building client relationships with both the private sector and Government bodies such as Local Authorities and social housing providers.
Accounts and Systems Manager
Melanie is responsible for running the daily accounts and management of financial systems and controls. She works closely with external managing agents on delivering financial reporting for Waypoint clients.
Mike is a senior property professional with over 30 years’ experience in both the direct real estate and real estate debt markets. He is responsible for business strategy focusing on new business initiatives for the Waypoint Group. He specialises in financial structuring, capital raising and debt origination. Mike is a director of Waypoint Investment Management Ltd*.
Nick is responsible for real estate investments across the Waypoint Group. He is responsible for portfolio performance, client reporting and asset management strategy. Nick has overall responsibility for sustainability matters. Nick is a director of Waypoint Investment Management Ltd* and chairs its Investment Committee.
Patrick is the Waypoint Group Finance Director with responsibility for all accounting and tax matters. He is a Chartered Accountant with more than 25 years’ experience in the property sector in both public and private businesses. Patrick sits on the Waypoint Board and is a director of Waypoint Investment Management Limited*.
Paul has over 30 years’ property experience. He is helping with business strategy, new product development and capital raising with a focus on the residential sector having previously built a £2.5bn business from scratch at PGIM Real Estate.
Director - Asset Management
Steven is responsible and involved in the acquisition, asset management and disposal of Waypoint’s shopping centre assets as well as direct asset management of a number of underperforming schemes that require improvement initiatives. He is also involved in various specific projects on the Essential Retail Fund and Government Income Fund alongside Chris Wilton.
Investment Director – Waypoint Residential Management
Stuart is responsible for sourcing new opportunities within the residential property market for the Waypoint group. His role encompasses asset management (with a particular focus on energy transition), transaction management, asset surveillance and advisory.
Tatiana is responsible for financial modelling, data aggregation, interpretation and analysis across Waypoint portfolios. She supports business development and operations teams, including modelling for prospective property and fund acquisitions.
Tom is part of the asset management team responsible for the Local Retail Fund. Tom’s responsibilities include identifying and implementing asset management opportunities across the portfolio including refurbishments, leasing, value-add and sustainability projects. He is also involved in the acquisitions and disposals process.
